Medway Queen Paddle Steamer Signed Print (various sizes)
This is an unmounted, unframed print of an original painting by Jonathan Ash. It is of the paddle steamer Medway Queen now stationed in Gillingham. This boat was one of the small flotilla of ships that went to evacuate the beaches as Dunkirk in the Second World War.
The original painting was commissioned to be hung in a property on St. Mary's Island on the former Chatham Dockyard site.
The artist has signed the back of the print. Prints use high quality fade resistant inks. There is a printed white border approximately 20% of the paper size.
